Plushzania partners with trusted global carriers to make sure your plushies arrive safely and on time. Our main delivery partners include Hong Kong Post, DHL Express, and FedEx.

How long does it take to process my order?

We aim to process every order within 1 business day. During this stage, our team carefully checks, packs, and prepares your order for shipment. Please note that weekends and public holidays are not included in the processing time.

How long does shipping take?

Once your order is dispatched, delivery typically takes 1 to 3 business days with express service or 5 to 12 days with standard shipping. These timeframes are estimates and may vary slightly depending on your location and any unexpected delays with the carrier.

How do I track my shipment?

As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to track your package. You can use this number on the Hong Kong Post, DHL Express, or FedEx website to follow your delivery’s progress.

Is shipping free?

Yes, shipping is completely free on all orders. However, there is a small handling fee for single-item purchases. When you order two or more items, this handling fee is automatically waived.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Plushzania ships worldwide from our base in Hong Kong, offering multiple international delivery options to meet your needs.

What if I haven’t received my order yet?

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please review your tracking details in the shipping confirmation email. If your package shows a significant delay or an issue with delivery, contact us and we’ll coordinate with the carrier to resolve the matter promptly.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If you need to update your shipping address, get in touch with us as soon as possible. We can modify the address before shipment, but once the order is in transit, changes may not be guaranteed.
