Thank you for shopping with us at PlushZania. We’re committed to providing high-quality plushies and a smooth, enjoyable shopping experience. We understand that sometimes an item may not be exactly what you expected, so we’ve made our return and refund process simple and transparent.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer service team at service@plushzania.com or use the contact form on our contact page. Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.

When Returns Are Accepted

We gladly accept returns for items you’ve changed your mind about, wish to exchange, or that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect. Please note that return shipping costs are not covered by PlushZania, and we currently do not provide prepaid return labels.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging, tags, and accessories intact. Due to hygiene reasons, used or worn items cannot be accepted for return.

Return Instructions

Once your return request has been approved, our team will send detailed return instructions. You’ll simply need to post the product back to us using your preferred courier service.

Refund Process

As soon as we receive your returned item, we’ll process your refund right away. The refund will be issued to the same payment method used at checkout. Please allow a few business days for your bank or card provider to finalize and post the refund to your account.

Lost Packages

If your return package is lost in transit, don’t worry—you won’t be held responsible. We will honor your refund even in the event of a lost return shipment.
